If you contact us, you may share your name, email address, organization, service interest, budget estimate and project description. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to review your request and respond to you. We do not sell information submitted via the contact form.
Email delivery
When server-side form delivery is enabled, project enquiries are sent through our configured email service. If that service is unavailable, the website offers an option to open an email draft in your own email application. In the draft option, your device handles sending the message.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides domain, security and website infrastructure. Other email or analytics providers may be configured. Any such provider should be reviewed for its security and data-processing terms before activation.
Data retention and requests
We aim to keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication and applicable business records. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry details, email contact@pandacoretech.com.
